2.         Quality Objectives

To carry out the above Quality Policy, Bricmont has adopted a formal Total Quality Management program known as “Quality By Design” (QBD) and the following Corporate Quality Goals and Measures:

GOAL 1:  IMPROVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

One of the most important measures of our success is customer satisfaction.  We will diligently measure, analyze, and improve the quality, cost and delivery aspects of our products and services that have an impact on meeting or exceeding our customers’ requirements.

GOAL 2:  IMPROVE EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION

While the customer is in our focus, the employee is at the center of our QBD quality management system.  This system aims to involve every employee in continuous improvement by rewarding extraordinary individual and team effort and by providing quality and job related training.

GOAL 3:  IMPROVE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

The financial performance of the organization is as important to the customers and employees as it is to the owners.  With quality levels improving, we expect to see an upward trend in operating profits and increased capability to meet or exceed all financial performance goals.

GOAL 4:  IMPROVE SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE

Since the overall quality of our products and services is heavily dependent on the quality of purchased items, we will seek ways to develop partnerships with our valued suppliers and help them improve the quality of the products and services that we use.

GOAL 5:  EXPAND MARKETS AND PRODUCTS

Finally, we fully recognize the strategic importance of quality improvement in enhancing our competitiveness especially in

the areas of opening new markets and developing new products and services.  The achievement of this goal provides opportunities to improve our performance in relation to all of the other goals.
